As a progressive, I couldn't
As a progressive, I couldn't be more disappointed in President Obama's performance over the last two years.
Until you mentioned the half-measure which is the President's healthcare plan, I thought you were setting up a straw man with your grading of his ten objectives. As a progressive, I want universal healthcare for everyone, and as a conservative, I imagine you don't. I think reasonable people can debate what's best for the country, but Obama sold out any progressives who voted for him as soon as he traded away universal healthcare before he even started negotiating with Congress.
You're right: it doesn't matter whether they're President Bush's policies or President Obama's policies, a lot of them are just plain wrong, and terrible government to boot. Obama is just a slightly more liberal-friendly version of Bush. I thought your grading of his performance so far was fairly even-handed.
If President Obama is what it means to be a Democrat these days, I'm an Independent. Thanks for your video.
Bill, these video essays are
Bill, these video essays are fantastic (like your written ones at EjectEjectEject), but I have one suggestion.
You do a great job of sinking the hook in with your last lines, like a whispered "how do you square that?"...but you follow it with the DeclarationEntertainment commercial a bare second later. While I certainly appreciate that you have to get the word out to get the business off the ground, doing it this way is jarring and it kills the buzz. Which is a shame, since you do such a damn fine job of creating the buzz in the first place.
Why waste all the good work? Put a small gap in between, perhaps a four or five second music and display interlude that morphs into a different stage setting to separate the two stories. You're enough of a video artist to know how much that would help the taste that you leave the viewer with.
Again, keep up the fantastic work!

Hi Bill, Thank you for your
Hi Bill,
Thank you for your great, inspiring work here and on PJTV. I think I've watched every single video you've done here and in the PJTV archives.
This 'halftime' piece gave me an idea: What about a rapid-paced, comprehensive video montage of every contradiction or falsehood that can be found by Obama? It wouldn't need a lot commentary; just clip A (promise), clip B (broken), etc. There are certainly dozens and dozens by this point.
All The Best,
